2011 mercedes cls review

Fast cars and beautiful women have always been a successful mix and Mercedes-Benz is taking advantage of this proven combination in having model Karolina Kurkova endorse the 2011 CLS Coupe.

Two six-cylinder models are initially available, the CLS 350 CDI with 265 horsepower, priced at around $88,000 and the CLS 350, priced at around $90,000 with an engine giving 306 hp. This model includes as standard the ECO start/stop function. Mercedes-Benz states that all of the CLS engines are new and have up to 25% improved fuel consumption as compared to the previous models. This improvement was helped by the use of an electromechanical Direct-Steer system.

Karolina, a Victoria’s Secret angel, stated that the Mercedes-Benz CLS is “a beautifully smooth and luxurious car that immediately appealed to me. It has these fascinating contours that I wanted to convey with my body language during the shooting. I can imagine myself behind the wheel of the Mercedes-Benz CLS. It fits my style. Since I recently got my driving license, I need to gain more experience driving. And I’m sure that would be great fun with the new CLS.”

A choice of five interior colours, five trim variants and three leather types are available to buyers of the new Mercedes-Benz CLS.
